  • I never thought i would recommend an estate agent(!) but i am. I very nearly went with strike but i am so pleased i went with Westwoods in the end - they have been great. Matt in particular has been so helpful, he always made himself available to speak, was honest and made what is a very stressful process feel less painful.   • Can’t be more pleased with the service we received from Matt and the team! Everyone we spoke to was professional, personable and genuinely happy to help. They made selling our house as simple and as stress free as posible. We had great communication with Matt, he kept us updated at every step and was always available if we had any questions. Of course selling a house will always have its bumps but as soon as a problem arose it was resolved in a timely manner and with no fuss. Would definitely recommend using them! Thank you very much!

  • Just a week ago we managed to purchased our first home through Westwoods Sidcup. I would highly recommend them! We worked with Matt throughout the process. He was always responsive, professional and made the process so much easier for us. We loved the positive energy of Matt but also the amazing support he provided when the solicitor stalled the processes. We received a “moving in gift” from Westwoods, which we thought was very nice and thoughtful.   • I went back to Westwoods after a good experience buying from them. Best decision I could have made. Matt Dawson has represented everything you need in an estate agent - always easy to contact; listened carefully to what we needed in terms of timings and key points about our house; advised on how to approach the sale; was brilliant with buyers; and most importantly, got us more money than we expected! I never felt like any question was too stupid (and I had a lot of questions)... Matt's patience was incredible. I wouldn't hesitate to strongly recommend them.

  • We initially decided to go with a local competitor of Westwoods as they were a bit cheaper, but you certainly do get what you pay for! Terrible service from the competitor, and we were locked in for 12 weeks. We noticed that Westwoods were selling lots of houses locally, so switched to them as soon as we could, and we were certainly not disappointed – we accepted an offer within two weeks of switching to Westwoods, and received an excellent service from the team throughout. Matt in particular was brilliant – always available and happy to help with any questions/issues, no matter how small, and kept us updated regularly. We would definitely recommend Westwoods Sidcup if you are looking at selling your home.

  • I have recently bought a property through Westwoods and found the whole team to be friendly, helpful and professional throughout this challenging time having to operate under the different circumstances. I mainly dealt with Matt who were extremely helpful keeping me updated on the process & going the extra mile to ensure everything kept progressing when solicitors were stalling. Matt has also been very cooperative finding out additional information from the previous owner whenever I had a query. When I collecting my keys, they presented me with a moving in gift, which was a very thoughtful and nice touch.

  • Would like to say a massive thank you to Matt! He helped us buy our first family home. Matt was able to help us find the perfect home which ticked all the boxes in what we was looking for. He is not pushy in trying to sell you any house on the market but instead to find the perfect home for you. Through the whole process he was there helping all the way to ensure everything was moving on swiftly. Also, he’s so friendly that you feel very comfortable to reach out about any questions you have. If ever things started to slow down, give Matt a call and suddenly everything starts to move again. 10/10 service, I will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

  • We've just recently bought a house with Westwoods and have to say how impressed we were with the way they dealt with everything, from they very start to the end completion. I have to say Matt in particular was extremely efficient - nothing was too much trouble. On collecting the keys for our new property they gave us a welcome Hamper which was a really nice touch and not expected! - overall an excellent service.

  • I would like to say a big Thankyou to Matt and the team for making the move into my new rental property as smooth as possible. I cannot recommend them enough, they have been absolutely amazing after dealing with other estate agents I constantly needed to chase. Matt arranged a viewing the same day, is extremely knowledgeable, kept me constantly updated and nothing I asked was too much trouble. If my need for an estate agents was ever to come up in the future I would 100% be using Westwoods Sidcup again.

  • The team at Westwoods Sidcup took on the tough task of selling our 1 bed flat just before the pandemic started. Before, we were solely listed by Anthony Martin on RightMove/Zoopla for a few months and did not get a single viewing. After Matt came around for a valuation visit, he seemed eager and confident enough for us to switch to Westwoods and it was the best decision that we could've made. Interest in the property increased tenfold and Westwoods kept us constantly updated with viewings and potential buyers. After finding buyers and accepting an offer, the whole team at Westwoods went our of their way to keep us updated and reassured that the sale would go through, which we were extremely grateful for due to being under the stress of our wedding and the struggle that we had finding a place to move to. We cannot recommend using Westwoods highly enough and will continue to use them for anything property related moving forward. Special mention to our agent Matt who was a star from start to finish.
